Famous Billionaire Playboy, 91, To Tie Knot With Beautiful 49-Year-Younger Fiancee But Not Before His Daughter

A veteran playboy who gained fame by paying famous women to dance with him is set to get hitched to his 49-year-younger fiancee in June, but most probably not before his daughter.

Austrian billionaire Richard ‘Moertel’ Lugner, 91, from Austria’s capital Vienna, will tie the knot for the sixth time after his last marriage with former Playboy model Cathy Schmitz, 34, ended in 2016.

The shopping centre tycoon and Austrian entrepreneur in the construction industry got engaged to his current partner, Simone Reilaender, 42, two years ago on his 89th birthday.

The ceremony is reportedly scheduled for 1st June, only a few days before the wedding of his daughter Jackeline, aged 30, from his fourth marriage to Christina ‘Mausi’ Lugner, aged 58.

Now in an interview with German newspaper Bild, Christina opened up about how she would do anything to prevent her ex from marrying before their daughter and stealing her spotlight.

She said: “There’s no way that’s possible. He can’t steal the show from his own child. I won’t let that happen, and I told him so. He needs to understand that and show a little empathy.

“My favourite ex-husband! In my capacity as the female head of the Lugner family, you will be banned from marrying before our daughter gets married.”

Christina’s reaction followed after Reilaender revealed the wedding date in a TV Interview. She claimed she had assumed they would not get married until autumn.

To that, Lugner responded: “It’s true, Simone spilled the beans. Of course, I’m under pressure now. I’ll manage it, but I still have to sort out a lot of things in the area.

“I have four children [Alexander, 61, Andreas, 58, Nadine, 40, Jacqueline, 30] and a future wife, so I have to make a will. And since Simone quit her job, I have to provide for her as well.”

He then added: “It will definitely be my last wedding.”

Lugner, famous for his love of glamorous women, hit the front a couple of months ago when he confessed that he has debts of more than GBP 34 million.

He had previously paid out huge sums to stars like Pamela Anderson, Kim Kardashian, the Duchess of York, and Paris Hilton to join him for Austria’s lavish Vienna Opera Ball.

Not all of them seemed happy to be there.

He once described former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell as “the most difficult guest of all of them.”
