Young Military Trainee Celebrates 21st Birthday By Winning EUR 250,000 In Casino Just Seconds After Starting Game

A young military trainee in Austria has celebrated his 21st birthday by winning more than GBP 200,000 in a casino just minutes after he started playing.

The lucky moment occurred right after the young winner and his parents arrived at the Casino Baden, in the spa town of Baden bei Wien in Austria on Friday, 26th May.

The family was reportedly celebrating the lad’s 21st birthday when he was triggered by a nearby Fort Knox fruit machine’s flashing lights and decided to take a turn.

But just moments after making a EUR one bet (GBP 0.8), he was left in awe when the machine said he had won a EUR 249,048 (GBP 215,075) jackpot.

Casinos Austria said in a statement obtained by Newsflash: “Of course, this was celebrated extensively and toasted with sparkling wine and cocktails on this probably unforgettable birthday.”

When asked how he would spend the prize by casino officials, the lucky winner said the cash comes at the right time as he will soon complete his military training.

He added that he will use the money to help in becoming independent from his parents.
